Be Aware from this 4 D’s

In today’s world, We all are suffering from failures, disappointments, and obstacles. To overcome all this, there are 4 D’s, which is given by Andy Harrington. We have to aware of it all the time. As someone said that,”Our situation is the result of  the choices, we make every day.”

These 4 D’s are,

  1. Delay
  2. Denial
  3. Distraction
  4. Doubt

If we think about ourselves in every situation then we will come to know that this principle of being aware from disappointment, We can apply this in our life, in our business, and in our relationship as well. Let’s take a detailed look at the factors.

  1. Delay

It’s a normal reaction of everybody at many times a day, that we are delaying lots of things every day. For an example, Checking posts, Replying emails/messages, putting things in the right place etc. But because of this habit, it is creating the big problems in our life. Once you come to know about some great opportunity, You have to grab that at right time. If you will delay it then it will never come back to you again. Time is not in your control, but the action does. So, Stop Thinking, Don’t delay anything, Start acting. Your dreams are just there, just enjoy the journey.

Delay is the deadliest form of denial.

2. Denial

When its come to take a decision we always feel little confused or lost, because of confidence. Most of the time we end up with denial. That means we have lost lots of better opportunity, just because we don’t have confidence at that time. There are many things we have put on hold, starting exercise, writing your goals, making the to-do list. It’s all denial that is leading us to become lazy. You can make yourself right at this moment, all you have to do is just beat this denial that coming to you at this small things. Overcome with denial and it will make you better.

The greatest barrier to someone achieving their potential is their denial of it.

Simon Travaglia

3. Distraction

This Marketing world is very smart to distract you from what you are intending to do and you will not even realize that. We are continuously forced by those campaigns. It is very easy to distract anyone in this social media’s era. We can’t stick to one task at a time. If we see, in one-day how many times we opening WhatsApp or any other social media platforms. From all that 80% time there was no need to open it, but because of our addiction, we are doing that. So, try to turn off all your notifications from unnecessary apps. Fix the time to open particular applications. It will lead you to focus on your important tasks.

If we are paying attention to our lives, we’ll recognize those defining moments. The challenge for so many of us is that we are so deep into daily distractions and ‘being busy, busy’ that we miss out on those moments and opportunities that – if jumped on – would get our careers and personal lives to a whole new level of wow.

4. Doubt

The main problem is here, we always doubt ourselves for doing something. You just need to realize that how much potential you have. There is the story of the lion king that we all know. As Charles Swindoll said, “Life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent of how I react to it.” When the situation demands your belief, just wait and don’t lose your hope, ‘Belief in Yourself’ is the last solution to overcome anything. You can make it bigger, better and smarter than anyone else. keep loving yourself.

Don’t ever doubt yourselves or waste a second of your life. It’s too short, and you’re too special.

Ariana Grande.

It’s always hard to apply such principles in your life, but trust me once you start then it will be very easy for you to fight with the situations. Love, Trust, Hope, and Belief can change your life.
